Principles of SysAdminTools:
DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself). For instance, instead of showing the steps for installing a package to do a certain task as part of the article, do it once and reference the procedure and related tools with a tag.
Teach the reader how to find their own information locally. Indicate what items are documented in the man pages, etc.
Document the same tools that create this site, and work within those tools to assist the reader in creating their own version.
Information on the site can be easily captured via the tree. All images and html elements are available from the tree view. Just click on the image of the tree.
Pin the version of the OS and related tools so that the site can focus on how to use that set of tools. There is plenty of information on the constantly changing stuff elsewhere. There may be cases where source code and/or packages are needed for some articles. When that happens, it will be clear in the article, and the items will be available on the tree.
